Pavilions Blackburn Lake

The development comprises 148 generously-sized apartments across seven buildings of three levels each. Designed by VIA Architects with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, the project is based on the premise that today’s retirees are independent by choice, and value an active lifestyle.

Pavilions Blackburn Lake has been designed to actively promote health, wellbeing and community on top of providing elegant, quality accommodation and amenities for retirees. The palette is warm, incorporating timber, stone and copper as accents.
