Matt leads the Sinclair Brook team with a focus on the company's growth and evolution, aiming to deliver well-considered developments that create lasting positive impacts on clients, partners, and communities. With over 20 years of experience, Matt combines expertise in law, finance, and property management to oversee commercial and operational aspects of the group. He has a strong background in transaction management, commercial advisory, development management, and a deep understanding of property fundamentals, design, feasibility, risk assessment, deal structuring, finance, and project delivery. Matt is also a Director of Sinclair Brook, Sinclair Brook Developments, and SB Capital.
Phil Burns

Phil Burns founded Sinclair Brook in 2002 and is responsible for the Group’s strategic leadership.
Phil has over 40 years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of significant built form and land projects and is a Director of the Sinclair Brook Group and a Director of SB Capital.
Throughout his career, Phil has held senior positions in major property, construction and consulting companies in Australia, including National General Manager for Jennings Industries (now AV Jennings), and was also co-founder of Burns Bridge Australia (now Sweet Group). Phil’s project experience includes a range of hotel, commercial and residential projects in Australia, South-East Asia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. He has led a number of major residential projects from inception and feasibility through design, development, sales and leasing, finance and construction.
Steven Tucker

During a 30-year career in construction and development, Steve has managed the successful delivery of high-quality commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout Australia.
Highly experienced in leading teams and managing head contractors, Steve is passionate about delivering quality projects for end-user satisfaction. With sustained focus and a collaborative approach, he achieves the best results and maintains lasting relationships.
Steve also has a demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments with different jurisdictions internationally, to lead projects through to completion.
As director of SB Fiji , Steve provides a comprehensive construction management service, that includes design management, cost management, construction advice, procurement and purchasing,and construction delivery.
Chris Condon

Chris has over 20 years experience in the property & construction industry both in Australia and the United Kingdom, working across private development, head contracting, advisory and construction management. This broad experience has seen Chris successfully lead and deliver many large scale residential mixed-use projects since his commencement with the business in 2014.
As part of the Sinclair Brook leadership team Chris’ role encompasses strategic input, overseeing project governance, stakeholder engagement and management of project teams.
Chris brings an ability to mobilise and motivate the team using a personable and focused approach. With strong leadership and communication skills, Chris shows a sustained commitment to overseeing and driving positive project outcomes.
Adrian Price
Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in finance, investment and property development, Adrian has responsibilities ranging from development management to being responsible for the financial management, reporting and compliance for the group.
Adrian is passionate about the tangible nature of what we do, and he enjoys being part of the process of delivering high-quality projects.
Creative and versatile, Adrian has the skills and expertise to work across a number of different areas, including playing a key role in the strategic direction of the business. As a development manager, he has been involved in design development, and has an in-depth understanding of town planning, land subdivision and residential construction.
Oliver McGeachie

Oliver brings over 18 years of experience in the property development industry, having worked with both large and small development firms, including not-for-profits, listed companies, and boutique developers.
With strong communication and leadership skills, Oliver consistently applies a proactive approach to each project, focusing on delivering high-quality, enduring outcomes.
Before joining Sinclair Brook, Oliver worked with prominent property developments such as Mirvac, Woolworths Group and not-for-profits including The Salvation Army. His diverse experience spans a wide range of asset types, including residential (land subdivision and apartments), commercial (retail and office), hotels, aged care, and mixed-use developments. His expertise covers the full development cycle—from project inception and design, through approvals, construction, settlement or project divestment.
Oliver thrives in challenging environments, bringing a problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach to every project. He has a proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results, under high-pressure conditions.
Matt Fisher

Matt brings 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry to his role. He is a highly skilled senior property executive having held senior positions in large corporate and private property groups. Matt has overseen takeovers and mergers of property groups, pursued and secured large new property transactions, then transitioned them through planning, development and sale.
Matt’s principal focus is to work with land owners and Sinclair Brook’s capital partners, to source and create new development projects. Matt is also a founder and director of Greengate, a private company that develops and operates integrated aged care and retirement villages in inner urban areas in Sydney and Brisbane, including 600 aged care beds and apartments.
His prior experience involves a strong focus in the social and affordable housing sector. He has also worked in senior positions as general manager and director of Lend Lease Development, where he undertook a variety of residential and mixed-use developments.
Jon Flint
State Manager - SA

Jon is a highly skilled project director and development manager with over 20 years experience working across the development sector, specialising in business development, property acquisitions and divestment, project feasibility analysis, leasing, property investment, and government liaison and approvals.
Holding senior management roles for large property development groups, and as a consultant, Jon has played a key role in the strategic direction of a range of projects.
Jon has been responsible for large-scale projects in Adelaide and Melbourne, including leading retail, commercial, mixed-use, residential apartment, and medium-density developments. Jon has been involved in the acquisition, government liaison and delivery of major joint ventures, and master-planned communities.
