SB Development involves taking full responsibility for a project from concept/feasibility stage through to financial close, construction delivery and completion.

SB has the ability to deploy equity and work alongside a client as a joint-venture partner and development manager, or provide pure development management services to a client/principal.

As a development manager, SB oversees all aspects of a project on behalf of its client or joint-venture partner, including:

• Concept development / design development;

• Authority approvals;

• Consultation management;

• Assisting with arranging valuation and financing;

• Detailed design;

• Contractor tendering, selection and appointment;

• Project / construction management;

• Project completion and handover;

• Marketing; and

• Sales and leasing.
