Sinclair Brook is appointed by Carpenters Properties Limited as Project Managers for the construction of Hilton Garden Inn at the Foreshore in Suva, Fiji.
Background: Sinclair Brook have procured the project with a Construction Manager whereby the Construction Manager constructs the structure and manages the trade contractors engaged by the Developer.

Primary Role: Site Manager
Responsible To: The Directors
Location: Suva, Fiji
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Your appointment as Site Manager is made in consideration of the provision of professional services. Being a small company, our expectation from all staff is that they are entirely flexible to undertake roles and responsibilities within the project.
To that end, we see your focus as including but not limited to the following consulting services:
1. Superintendent activities associated with D&C Contractor:
Oversee the delivery of the works in consideration of safety, time, cost and quality
2. Project Management activities associated with Specialist Trade Contractors:
Support Tender Process, Project Administration and Design Management
Delivery of the works in consideration of safety, time, cost and quality in accordance with design and trade contract
Define detailed works program with regular updates
Manage work flows
Problem solve construction issues and resolve disputes
Completion processes
3. Generally:
Manage the Project Coordinator to achieve their responsibilities
Assist Contract Administrator to assess claims, notices and RFIs
Reporting as defined from time to time
Participate in Safety Committee
