Recently, Richmond became home to Australia’s very first Element Melbourne Richmond.

Situated among the Botanicca Business Park, the Marriot-branded hotel includes a rooftop function centre, restaurant and bar overlooking the Yarra River. Guests can also enjoy communal spaces such as cosy, light-filled lounge areas, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness centre and an outdoor terrace with stunning views of Melbourne.

The inspiration behind Element’s design was to create a relaxed space with a modern and bright design for healthy, active travellers. Sinclair Brook is proud to have worked with a fantastic team to ensure the aspirations of Swan Synergy Developments and Marriot International were achieved.

Element welcomed guests from June this year.
