Marina Tower, although only a relative newcomer to the Melbourne skyline, is already renowned for its distinctive 'leaning' towers. Designed by dKO Architecture, the structure's unusual cantilevered shape cements it within Melbourne's reconstructed Docklands precinct as a modern Melburnian icon.

Comprising an internationally-branded hotel - Four Points by Sheraton - and a residential tower of 461 apartments, Marina Tower's destinational appeal was paramount given its purpose and location. This was integrated through both its innovative design and its public-use functionality.

Thanks to the development's prime location at the water's edge in Docklands, Marina Tower boasts outstanding, unimpeded views both towards Melbourne's CBD and out west over the shipping docks.

Sinclair Brook is proud to have managed the project on behalf of developers Hiap Hoe Limited, and Probuild was the head contractor. The hotel portion was completed in February 2017 and has been operational since the following month. The apartments were completed in two stages, achieving Practical Completion in October 2017 and May 2018, respectively.

Sinclair Brook recently acquired some professional photography of the completed Marina Tower project. The images were taken for dKO by Tom Blachford and Kate Ballis
