Members of the Sinclair Brook team were proud to be in attendance at the topping out ceremony for Avant on Wednesday, 7 February, 2018 - approximately two months ahead of schedule. 

An iconic Melbourne project being managed by Sinclair Brook, Avant is an eye-catching residential tower on A'Beckett Street, designed by renowned architects Elenberg Fraser and already recognised for the distinct hue and woven pattern of its glass façade.

Probuild is constructing Avant's 456 apartments over 55 levels for Singaporean developer World Class Global. Charles Chow, Senior Project Director at World Class Global, Luke Stambolis, Probuild Vic Managing Director, and Lorien Dalmau, Probuild Project Manager, each delivered speeches at the ceremony to mark this significant milestone in the project's construction.
