On Friday 16 June 2017,  Eq. Tower was officially declared open. The launch party, hosted by developer ICD Property, was held onsite on Level 7, utilising both the indoor and outdoor amenities. Over 150 guests were in attendance. 

Pictured below is the official ribbon cutting, including Callum Fraser from Elenberg Fraser, Michael Mai from ICD, Frank McMahon from Multiplex, and Phil Burns from Sinclair Brook. Congratulations to all involved.
